Information on the current status of your order is available in the My Account section. All data
contained therein is only visible to registered and logged-in customers. In addition, we send
information about the current status of your order to the e-mail address you provide in your order.

My parcel has not arrived within the set time - what should I do?

If your parcel has not arrived within 3 to 5 working days of placing your order, please contact us
urgently by e-mail, please reply to the e-mail from your order, this will ensure continuity of
communication and fast delivery.

In order for us to check what is happening with your order, we will need your order number that you
have inquired about.

The courier came with my parcel but I was not at home. What should I do?

If the courier is not at home, he is obliged to try again to deliver the parcel to your address. This
option is guaranteed in the service we use to send our parcels. This does not, of course, incur any
additional charges for the recipient. If the courier is not at home, he will most likely call the number
provided by the customer and arrange for the package to be handed over.

I have received different goods than I ordered - what should I do?

In such a situation, please contact our Customer Service Department urgently. You can contact both
by e-mail. It is important that you inform us of the situation as soon as possible, providing us with
your order number. During the verification process, we will determine whether the mistake was our
fault. If so, we will exchange the goods for the correct one and refund the postage costs incurred, or
we will collect the goods via courier and send you the correct one.

What if the parcel is damaged in transit?

In such a situation, we recommend that you do not collect the parcel from the courier in the first
place. If you have any doubts about the delivered parcel and the packaging is, for example, damaged,
please refuse to accept the parcel and inform us of the situation. We will try to send you a new
product as soon as possible.

A closer look at the parcel is only possible after the parcel has been paid for and the shipping
documents have been signed. In fact, the courier is not obliged to participate in this process, but you
can ask him to wait until the parcel has been inspected.
In the event of damage, a damage report should be drawn up.

What should I do if the courier has delivered a damaged parcel but the damage report has not beendrawn up?

In this situation, a claim will be more difficult but still possible. If you receive a parcel without first
seeing it, you should contact the courier company that delivered the parcel as soon as possible and
request a damage report.

When the courier arrives, you should draw up a report with him, noting meticulously all the details.
Please ensure that the document is completed in accordance with the facts.

Please make sure that the goods are packed in the same materials in which they were collected from
the courier the first time. This is very important for a successful claim.

Return of goods

You can return the goods up to 30 days, you can send it back to us at the same price as the transport
costs, if the delivery was free the cost of return is also free. In this case, we will send you a return
label and instructions on how to proceed. The money for the order will be refunded to you when the
package is returned to our warehouse.

Open baits cannot be returned; by open we mean broken seals, open bag, etc.
